VeloDyne’s micro screw conveyor is a conveyor designed to handle hard-to-move bulk solid products such as biomass, switch grass, and wood chips. We equip our conveyors with direct-drive motors to promote reliability through the use of less wear items. The micro screw conveyor is a unique, material transfer conveyor with an optional cooling jacket for high-temperature biomass products and an easy clean-out design. It can also be paired with our volumetric screw feeders for accurate metering into the conveyor. A variety of options and configurations provide the most process-friendly conveyor in the industry and integrates with other VeloDyne System components for a complete solution.
